MENTAL (STRESS MANAGEMENT & CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Create & Pace Total Body by Madam Uplift: Madam Uplift serves as the mental management of the body while CPTB encompasses the journey of the physical. The core fitness class, Centered & Strong, prepares the outside of the body to embrace mental changes as well. Through 45-50 minutes, students engage in Latin/Jazz cardio, stability/strength programming, and Qigong meditation movements to balance the body and mind for rest & recovery after stress. Students learn to be more flexible with their fitness journey and more open-minded about life in general.
